I'm interested by your steam powered office, particularly in your office tour video when you said it was installed in 1911. Does that mean your using an engine that's been in place since 1911 or are you using a modern generator now? Either way I'd be interested to see a video of that or something at some point, or is that off limits or part of your secret underground base :).

Lol, he was probably just referring to the radiators, meaning the building has a boiler system for heat. He's not pulling electricity from steam power. Or it was a joke and, like a lot of older buildings, a gas or electric powered heating system was installed, but they never bothered removing the old radiators and/or boiler system.
