Intel Arc on Ubuntu 22.04.2 Desktop

I am trying to install Intel Arc Drivers on Ubuntu 22.04.2 Desktop. Specs:

Intel Core i5-9400F
8GB DDR4 RAM
ASUS B360-F Motherboard
Intel Arc A770 16GB
EVGA 450w Power Supply
WD 120GB SATA SSD

I intend to use this platform as a Media Server so I am using an older platform here.

I followed the Intel documentation here: Ubuntu* 22.04 (jammy) — Intel® software for general purpose GPU capabilities documentation (skipping the update kernel part because my kernel was already 5.19.0-42)

Once I finished the install and rebooted, my desktop started to stutter. Running the Verify Media drivers installation section results in the following output:

Trying display: wayland
libva info: VA-API version 1.18.0
libva error: vaGetDriverNameByIndex() failed with invalid VADisplay, driver_name = (null)
vaInitialize failed with code error 3 (invalid VADisplay), exit

Is this normal? How do I fix this?
