Hi. Has anyone had any success with installing Proxmox 7.4.1 on an Intel Nuc 13 Pro. When trying to install the OS. the setup errors out after i select in stall proxmox ve.
Do other Linux ISOs install? I’d grab Debian, Ubuntu and some leading edge distros ISOs and see if that’s a specific Proxmox thing. If they don’t, then that’s probably some incompatible hardware/firmware.
Proxmox/Debian run on 5.14 Kernel, so pretty old but the one you usually get for servers. Hardware support is likely not up-to date.
Have you disabled SecureBoot in bios?
yes I disable secure boot. I do see in error that says:
Cannot run in framebuffermode Please specify busIDs for all framebuffer devices.
Server teminated with error(1). closing log file
xinit: giving up
xinit: unable to connect to server X: Resource is temporarily unavailable.
xinit: server error
i can give ubuntu a try and see. thanks
