Planning to use my old PC as my home server , but really don’t want to buy another monitor for it, It is placed in a corner with a lot of stuff around, so there is really no space for monitor anyway. I thought my cheap 4 inch HDMI monitor for my Raspberry pi would be a perfect fit, since I only need it for installation. What I did not know was that this monitor is in portrait mode, and I had no idea how to make OS installation GUI in portrait.
With lots of guessing and a bit luck, I finally managed to install OS, but I wonder if there is way to make OS installation in portrait mode?
Can’t say it’s a good experience, but I somehow felt like achieving something after installation!
