Well, the CoolerMaster Seidon 120M is only $30 and it is a 120mm AIO Liquid Cooler, it would be quite an upgrade from the Hyper 212 Evo, not sure how long the sale is for though. Oh, and it is only $30 after rebate, it is $75 initially, so I would get that and just use the rebate card to buy your DVD-ROM Drive and use the rest on something else.
