Computer specs:
AMD 1900x
AsRock Taichi x399
Corsair Vengeance 32GB 4x8GB kit
Sapphire Nitro Vega 56
UnRaid Pro
This configuration is a known good configuration of hardware and has been working great since October of last year. This week I went to add an additional Inateck 5 port USB PCIe card to the mix only to find that when I plug it in, the system no longer boots and the motherboard displays a b4 post code. I have tried swapping PCIe slots, unplugging all other USB devices, and removing the GPU (which is the only other PCIe device plugged in) and I get the same result. Once I unplug the new USB card, the machine boots fine. I’ve Googled the shit out of this issue and have yet to find a viable solution.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance guys,
