Im a totally noob at overclocking HELP ME!

I have ordered these parts to my new computer:

MSI Z77A-GD65 ATX

A-DATA SSD SX900-Series 128GB

Intel Core i5 2500K 3,3GHz

Corsair 8GB (2x4096MB) CL9 1866Mhz VENGEANCE

Corsair Cooling Hydro H60

What i already got is:
Antec 900 hundred Case

AXP 750 watt power supply

DVD-reader & 1 TB HDD

How do i do to overclock my intel core i5 2500K? I want it up to around 4-4,5 GHz

And can i use my PSU ? http://www.netonnet.se/art/NoSection/Axpertec-Simple_Power_750W/125226.-1/

never heard of the PSU brand but as long as you don't see smoke you should be fine

change voltage to 1.3-1.35

change CPU multiplier to 45

intel burn test on very high for 12 hours, keep an eye on temps, make sure they don't go over 70

its pretty easy

Okey well i got that PSU with my computer i bought 4 years AGO.. I've heard that u can just click on a button on that MOBO I've ordered to Overclock it to around 4,5 ghz but I'm not sure if it works..

There are some other settings you're going to have to tweak to make sure it will be stable. Check out this guide. It's kind of general and more geared toward EVGA motherboards, but you should be able to find the same settings in your bios:

http://lavcopricetech.com/index.php?/topic/938-quick-and-simple-guide-for-overclocking-i7-2600k-or-i5-2500k-sandy-bridge/

Also, just remember to increase the voltage and multiplier little by little while you're overclocking. Test with a Prime 95 blend test. If your computer crashes then you know it's not stable. Also make sure the temps don't go above 80C.
