I have a suggestion for the website it is that we have a benchmark section which allows the user to input the fps they get on a particular game along with their computers hardware, when many users of Tek Syndicate do this the web application will calculate an average of the fps, and also will log the hardware which their computer has. Of course it will also be accessible to everyone else to view benchmarks on (the whole reason of it). This will create a reliable benchmarking system. What does everyone else think?
Too many variables... People might use different graphical settings, or provide incorrect ones. I doubt people would be able to input enough detailed information to make such benchmark database representative/scientific. However for basic "how well would this run that" it might be a viable option.
The idea of having a benchmark database sounds good. It would really be nice to have a page with all tek syndicate benchmarks ever performed.
