I got bored and watched Tinkernut's video here, and made it.
Basically it just is a shortcut to the website, but it is on github here so you can customize it as you like.
Installing:
1. Download the project as a zip. Extract it to a location you can remember.
2. Open chrome and go to Settings>Extenstions, then check developer mode
3. Click Load Unpacked Extension
4. Navigate to and select the "Tek Syndicate Chrome App" folder inside of the "teksyndicate-chrome-app-master" folder.
5. Click ok.
6. You're done! Just drag the icon wherever you want it!
