I got the beast FirePro s7150x2 I need help

X9DR3-F e5 2697v2 x2 Power 750W
It doesn’t start with GPU AMD Firepro s7150 X2. Stops at the stage “System initializing 91”

Another system:
GA-AX370-Gaming 5 Ryzen 1800X
Stops at the stage 06 (LED on motherboard)
Everything works without Firepro

I thought the GPU was broken, but today I tried it on another system:
asus kgpe-d16 opteron 6378
And oh amazing - my GPU FirePro s7150x2 works)))

I think the problem is in SR-IOV support.
how do I enable SR-IOV in the BIOS on X9DR3-F motherboard? I didn’t find anything like that.
what do you think about it?

i try the new on techpowerup they don’t work and i don’t make a backup
