I built a pc, Now i want to upgrade it

I am sorry if i make mistakes in my english because it isn't my first language.

So last year i built a budget gaming pc for 400 euro (520 dollar).

The specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 450 (3,2ghz triple core)

GPU: GT 440

RAM: 4GB

Motherboard: Biostar biostar n68s3b

PSU: 450W, Not sure which one it is though.

Case: Ms-Tech Longhorn ca-0280

 

I got some money that i can spend on upgrading my pc, I have about 280 euro to spend (360 dollar)

So does anyone have some advice what to upgrade? I play a lot of games and i want to run GTA V when it comes out, I also want to be ready to run Assassins creed 3.

I would put that money into a new GPU, the ATI 6000 and 7000 series cards are getting really cheap.

If he plans on getting a better GPU he's gonna need a better psu also. Those cards have a minimum 500w, but hes able to upgrade both easily with 360$.
