HP dock HDMI out to KVM not working

I am having trouble getting the HDMI output of my HP dock to function with the triple monitor dual PC 5GHz KVM.

3x ASUS MX279H 27" monitors 1080p@60Hz w/HDMI inputs

HP Thunderbolt 280W G4 dock

Desktop is DP to the KVM and DP ports from the HP dock to the KVM function.

HDMI from the HP dock direct to the monitor functions with any HDMI cable.

KVM to Monitor cables are JSAUX 4K DisplayPort to HDMI Cables

I have tried multiple active HDMI to DP adapters without success.
1 no name Amazon part and 2 Club3d parts.
CAC-2330 and CAC-1335

All of the initial DP cables were / are JSAUX DisplayPort Cable 1.4 6’

I have tried the Club3d 3’ cables on the HP dock (CAC-2067) as well.

So far, I have spent almost $200 on cables and adapter trying to get this to work.

Does anyone see anything I am missing in order to get the HDMI to DP adapters working with the KVM?

So, you’re trying to convert DisplayPort → HDMI → DisplayPort? How long are your cables?

Desktop works, no problem there. All cable from the desktop to the KVM are 6’.
The HP dock is the issue. HDMI → DP → KVM → HDMI for the third monitor
The HP dock DPs are ok, just the HDMI port on the dock is the issue.
I know the HDMI port on the dock functions as I can use an HDMI cable to bypass the KVM and go straight to the monitor using an AmazonBasics 10’ HDMI cable.
The Club3d DP cables are 3’ (HP Dock to KVM) and the Jsaux DP to HDMI are 6’ (KVM to monitors).
I have both HDMI to DP active adapters from Club3d. Neither seems to output a signal.

Its less to do with the kvm and more to do with adapting the signal multiple times i think.

Try a usbc adapter straight from the laptop in conjunction with the dock for the other 2?
