So here's my problem:
I used to have my Taskbar blend in with my background, but then some asshat changed the taskbar to just blue.
Please help.

It appears that Aero has been disabled. Try re-enabling it.
Start>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization.
Look around in there^
Switch to windows default theme. It should enable aero. If it doesn't, restart uxsms service.
