At idle i get 68 C idle. There are reports this Threadripper generation reports “T Control” (tCTL) temperatures that are 27 C higher than reality (guru3d.kom/articles-pages/amd-ryzen-threadripper-1950x-review,8.html). Never affected me because i just do browsing and VMWare.
Now i want to CPU mine at night but this causes the tCTL to run up to 95 C and Windows 10 hangs. How to fix this issue so that i can use the processor more fully?
