How to Ctrl+F

Hi guys. I can’t figure out how to have Ctrl+F search for text occurrences rather than opening up the forum search window?

EDIT: Well, now I can Ctrl+F just fine. Interesting, can’t figure out how this works, can’t reproduce yet.

Possibly you had a stuck Alt.

Ctrl + F => Search in page
Ctrl + Alt + F => Search in forum

It seems to depend how long the thread is. I assume it only starts opening the forum-search if there are posts in the thread that haven’t been loaded (because Discourse doesn’t load all posts in long topics).

Anyway…
