How to control my S23 Ultra (I disassembled the entire front assembly) via mouse and keyboard AND have it display on my PC's monitor?

I’ve used software to do just this but my S23 is freshly factory reset and doesn’t have ADB debugging on, and I misplaced/lost all my nice USB adapters and hubs.

Any ideas? I do have a wifi and bluetooth adapter on my desktop PC, I was thinking some kind of virtual USB hub that can take a USB-C to HDMI video output and display it on my screen whilst taking inputs from a mouse and keyboard but I’ve never done anything like that. I do have a USB-C → HDMI but no way to mouse and keyboard into the android.

Any help would be appreciated, even if an app is able to cover all those fronts, however I don’t have much access to install apps on the S23 as it’s not on my Google anymore.

I do have a rooted phone in-case I need it to break into the S23 or something to get an app installed. Don’t know how to do that either but I feel it’s easy to do.

With one of the phones at work, it worked perfectly when hooked to an HP USB-C Gen 5 Dock.
Can’t remember what specific make or model that phone was.

There was Dex for Windows too when I used Note 9. It can do Dex via USB and show up on PC.

Would be nice to have but I don’t own a dock or hub. I just have several androids so this has to be possible some how.

I can’t use dex because I think you need to get past setup and then enable dex for automatic USB connections to happen. I can’t see or use the screen without a USB to HDMI adapter remember. (The whole front assembly is gone.) Phone “looks” gutted.

How can I at least… remote control the S23 Ultra via the usb-c port using another android or pc? There’s no way to just C-to-C two android phones and have one remote control the other with a secondary display or something? I wish the damn phone had debugging mode on.

If they’re connected to the same LAN you can run kodi on the s23 and then kore (kodi remote) on another android device

or, maybe run remote desktop over LAN and just stream your desktop to the S23 in fullscreen mode. No need to control the S23 directly

kodi is its own OS respectively; you can build apps for it and the kore remote app is really well designed and responsive if your network permits
