How to connect 4+4-Pin ATX12V/EPS12V Connector to 4pin atx 12v

I have [ 1 x 4-pin ATX 12V power connector ] on my mobo..! 

and i buy [ Corsair VS450 450 Watt PSU ] it hase 1x 4+4-Pin ATX12V/EPS12V Connector

Can i spit that and connect to mobo..!

Yes (thats why its allready split in to 2x 4pin for 4pin cpu power or 8pin cpu power)
