How to clean up Chipset driver installations?

The story begins with me updating chipset drivers at some point in time apparently 9th August (= 09.08.2017).
And me beeing silly (and lazy), I ended up with the following situation:

In the most recent blue screen dump, it referred me to both of these installations leading me to believe that having both of them is a problem.
Now the important questions:

  1. How do I resolve this?
  2. How likely am I going to reinstall windows after deleting any of these?

DDU or have the ryzen updater do a clean install next time. You should not have to nuke windows but you do need to clean that up.

You should be able to just straight up delete the folders though it may ask for admin approval :stuck_out_tongue: then just install the newest one after doing that.
