Hello guys I had recently bought green tea bags and want to know if it is genuine or not so, how do I ensure that it’s the best quality green tea bags? Do I check for certain certifications or look for specific packaging features?

Green tea isn’t the most expensive thing. You’ll be fine.
If really not sure, send us a pic and tell us what it tastes like to you.

It is quite impractical to test it on your side blindly.
If you are in the US, you may be able to buy samples of green tea and test it against a known standard, something like this:
and then you can test it chemically against your sample. The reference standard should be near enough to your sample. But those kinds of test cost an unreasonable amount of money and in the end, it is saner to just buy to a known good supplier.

Do you mean, if it is the brand it is labelled up as?
Or if it is actual tea, not some other plant?
Brand might be the quality of the packaging, otherwise taste?
To be sure, then like eeelboi said, compare it to an actual known genuine packet?
I don;t mean take the suspect one with you to the shop, but next time in town, visit a reputable place, and look at a unopened packet?
Or check the internet for less easy to make out differences in pictures that may be of an older style packaging… (/s)
