How has battery life been for your G4? My battery life was okay but I’ve ordered a replacement battery for my G4 and will let you guys know where I like/hateit.
I have had mine for roughly a month and a half now. Battery life seems good, with my usage it typically can last at least a full day no problem, I also do not charge it overnight as it degrades the battery over time. I find that charging it while studying or getting ready in the morning can provide sufficient charge. If your battery is an issue I would suggest getting a portable USB charger to help.
Battery life has been acceptable (better than my S6e). I'm currently getting about 4 hours in the morning, swapping a battery at lunch, then going off of that until around 5pm. There are alot of options for 7000mAh-ish batteries, yet they come with odd backs that make the overall phone thicker. Those are a great option if you get tired of swapping out batteries (like I'm about to do). :)
It tends to last me a full day unless I'm on Netflix for 3-4 hours. Overall I've had a really good experience with my G4 as far as battery life is concerned.
My brother has one and it gets him through a full day with heavy use.
One day is not enough for me and that is what turned me off of the g4.
I have the Verizon variant and so far the battery has been acceptable I currently get about 4.5-5 Hours of screen on time (SOT). Before debloating and turning off various options that I didn't need I was getting about 4 hours max of SOT. I do not play games but I do browse and watch videos a lot. I also listen to about 5 hours a music per day on it.
I bought a 4250mah battery for 18 bucks and it goes all day for me. Mostly listen to music and watch videos all day on it.
Custom Roms and Kernels are where it is at for Battery life along with more performance.
Nothing available on shelves today can beat the battery life of my Samsung Note 2. Up to 9 days sleeping, as in on running with WiFi and doing what it does with just the screen off. No custom battery, still the day one factory battery and easily 2 days of light use. 1 full day of heavy use.
The ROM is Omni 4.4.4 but the kernel is Devil Kernel and it comes with over clocking and undervolting which extends he battery life immensely. They also have other schedulers that are more reserved about ramping up the clocks. Over all I get more performance when I need it andore battery life when not doing intensive things.
I usually last a day with about 7hrs of music from deezer in 4g and about 30 min of youtube on wifi
And of course usual phone usage like sms and phone calls
But i'm considering buying a bigger battery just because if you start using it with screen on the battery just fly away.
