I have been trying to build a pc for a few days that I can game with under $800. After rebates and promos it comes to $752.12. I think it is pretty good. What do you guys think? Let me know thanks

Looks pretty good to me. If you really wanted to save some more money you could go for a FX 6300 and like a $30 case, performance in most games would be basically identical.
try this i5 build with CPU cooler only the cost of CPU cooler difference in price ... should perform better in most games. $767.70

Is the something wrong with an AMD build? Just wondering. Still learning about this stuff.
truthfully out of the box AMD can not compete with Intel or Nvidia for that matter .. they require med to heavy overclocking to beat them (which if not done correctly can fry your stuff) .... AMD is a great option when on a tight budget ... but with the R9 GPU prices dropping ... it is getting easier to get into an Intel build at lower prices.
AMD CPU's generally have worse per core performance and higher power consumption but are also a bit cheaper compared to their Intel performance equivalents. Its basically personal preference, do you need something with more physical cores that has slightly worse single core performance, or more single core performance for those games that only take advantage of 2-4. Also AMD motherboards only support PCIe Gen 2 while Intel supports 3, in reality this makes no difference in gaming performance.
8320 + GA-78LMT... no thanks. That board is too weak to reliably run such a hungry chip.
this >> http://pcpartpicker.com/user/deejeta/saved/w7mNnQ. only slightly over the $800 mark.
This is true, they are falling behind quite a bit, but for gaming going with a cheaper CPU and getting a better GPU like the GTX 970 will give you better overall gaming performance.

Actually There's one thing he can do to get away with an 8 Core on that mATX board and that's to Grab the 8370E the 95w chip. that will run on that motherboard fine with the power-phase design of that motherboard.
Will this allow me to stream to twitch and edit pictures/videos also?
having the SSD for free is a bonus ...and stock cooler and that cheap mobo are scary ... but I agree the GTX970 is a beast
nice build ... if you get enough OC on the CPU it shouldn't have a problem coping with the beastly GTX 970
