How does this build look for a $850 budget?

you can get a 7870 or sometimes a 7870xt/le for that much, unless you plan on adding more gpus that's far overkill on the psu, i'd reccomend getting a cheaper case (but that's the most subjective thing, so i'm not going to try and make you)

This is pretty good. No bottlenecks as far as I can see. The XT version of the 7870 is great. I also found an amazing deal on a 7970. It was 305$ if you want to give up 40 dollars over your budget you could get a VERY good graphics card.
