I have a Samsung B7610 OmniaPRO and I am stuck on Windows Mobile 6.1 and was wondering if anyone knows how/where I can get the update to 6.5?
Any help is appreciated.
The bad thing about mobile devices is that OS updates are normally handled by the manufacture, if they deem it necessary.
(And why doesn't spell check in Google Chrome work on this site? lol)

Check this out my good friend. You can look under ROM Development and get a few ROMs that are without all that awful Samsung bloatware. LONG LIVE WINDOWS MOBILE!
Windows Mobile 6.5 was the best version of Windows Mobile ever! 7 and 8 variants are such horrible implementations. 7 stripped out features that made the Windows Mobile platform superior to all other smartphones. Everything that the iphone did when it came out, I was doing years ahead on Windows Mobile. Way to set us back Microsoft.
Oh man, I'm glad you are not in charge of the Microsoft mobile division. With all their flaws Windows Phone 7.x and 8.x are still 1000 times better than WinMo.

I have an HTC HD2 (winmo 6.5), HD7 (phone 7) nokia 925 (phone 8) and now i have a unlocked 925 with 8.1
so far 8.1 is my favorite ther are things i miss about the old winmo and how but most of the functionality of winmo can be recreated in 8.1, the only thing 8.1 needs is option to use 3rd party apps with out having an unlocked one like mine.
