How do I reverse the Start Menu layout in windows 7?

Short version is that I need/want to reverse my start menu because I have the taskbar on the right hand side of the screen.

To me {and I'm sure, others too,} it is completely illogical to have the arrows for the menus pointing to the right when the bar and menu itself is already as far to the right as possible. As I {and you guys} have noticed, it still pops up the next menu to the LEFT anyway. Might as well have it NON paradoxical right?

So my question is, is there any way to do this mod, and if so, HOW?

This is the bare minimum idea that I'd like to implement. Ideally, switching the two panes AND reversing the placement and direction of the arrows and menus would be perfect.

I far i i know that is not a option. (Built into windows, cant be modified. Maybe through a registry hack) Your Probably stuck with it as is.
