Help With Windows 7 Troubleshooting

I am a Linux and macOS guy, but I have inherited a Windows 7 machine with issues. Looking for some pointers.

It’s running a VNC server and I am able to remote into it (I don’t have physical access to the machine right now).

It is running extremely slowly and Windows Explorer periodically crashes and restarts. GUI tools are unusable, but I was able to get a command prompt window open.

I ran wmic which indicated that the hard drive is ok.

sfc /scannow “did not find any integrity violations.”

The crash info the last time Windows Explorer “stopped working” said:

…

What further actions should I take via command prompt?

Try creating a new user and log into that. Short of blowing the machine away which you can’t do, I can’t think of much else.
