I have a problem with setting up the monitors.
Currently have 2 DP braided cables and 1 HDMI
Each monitor has 2 HDMI and 1 DP slot
PC has 5700 XT and 3080 (12 GB)
I set up a Windows 10 and Windows 11 VM using VMM/libvirt (I run them separately to avoid conflict. Both have NVIDIA/virtio drives and Looking Glass B7) to use Looking Glass and display in another monitor.
I configured my VMs to run 16 cores and the NVIDIA PCI slots but for some reason my monitor doesn’t display when I set it to ‘None’
Is there something wrong with my configuration or the cables I’m using?
Currently set the HDMI to run in the right monitor (connected to the 5700 XT) and the DP (connected to the 3080). Wondering if I should get an adapter for the left monitor (DP) but when I connect two monitors, the LUKS Grub gets stuck and I can’t load the host OS (Arch).

No I was using ORICO (NVME SSD for OS) amd WDC Blue for 2 raw images

I’d advise not involving HDMI at all. Use dp only if you can. HDMI and the corporation behind it deliberately cause lots of compatibility issues when doing niche applications.
Oh I’m still having problems with my dp cables and Looking Glass. Wondering if I should just buy a KVM switch.

Just a drive-by comment…
Instead if Looking Glass, an alternative is to setup Sunshine and use Moonlight to connect. It allows you to use a single GPU instead of Looking Glass’ dual GPU.
Note some recent updates to Moonlight now require a recent GPU as they deprecated older techniques when Nvidia dropped 1080-and-ealier GPUs from driver support recently. So even if you install the older LTS Nvidia drivers, you’ll run into software-only rendering. So, GTX 1650 or AMD Vega64 or higher.

Oh I have a dual GPU in my setup. Would that work?
Currently installed Looking Glass in 2 VMs I’ll work on, mainly.
I did not know about either of these projects. I though there are only proprietary solutions for game streaming, thanks for bringing this to my attention mate.

Not yet, I’m checking why my Looking Glass can’t see the Win11 VM (service Looking Glass is on). I just ended up buying two more cables.

Just to make sure you know this. When you have a VM that is supposed to run looking glass and you have a GPU passed through to this virtual machines, you need to either have a screen attached to the output or you need what they call a ‘dummy plug’.
Otherwise Windows won’t generate any display output and there will be nothing for Looking Glass to transfer to the host.
My advise would be attach a screen to the GPU that you are passing through and make sure the VM works withyou looking glass. Then set the display output in the VM settings on the host to ‘None’ and see if the screen you have attached is displaying the Windows desktop.
If it does then the next step is to start Looking Glass on the host and see if you can get an image while the screen is displaying it too. If all of that works you should be able to use a dummy plug only without an actual screen attached.
Your description of the situation is a little sparse so I am not exactly sure what you have tried already and were the issue was. I hope my explanation helps, if not I’d need more information what exactly is working and at which point you run into trouble.

Okay, for some reason I am unable to run DP in the 3080 so I ended up running HDMI.
So now I’m running DP in the 5700 XT and HDMI in the 3080 and the monitor now shows up when I select ‘None’.
For now I can run a Tiny 10 VM. I just have to work on Looking Glass and check for junk packages. And replacing my UPS battery.

Just have problems with dual monitors (GRUB + LUKS2). It becomes unable to boot with 2 monitors so I just run 1 monitor while my 2nd monitor is in another GPU.

Also had to buy new cables (without the locking mechanisms), it was hard and annoying to deal with.
What you mean it becomes unable to boot?

After typing the grub/luks password, it flickers and is unable to go to the desktop so I turn off one monitor.

Had to remove
In repos/PureSpice/src/rsa.c, remove SHA1_HASH_LEN parameter.
Working with windows 11, trying to make it work with Tiny10.
