an now my question can anyone advise to any settings that i im used an wither or not i should tune more or less ,higher or lower an to any that i should or shouldn’t be using in-regards to clocks ,volts, timings an etc on cpu & ram

that for now work the best but as i really dont know the best
way to set (hit or miss please advise (fyi i never could get xmp to work right so iv left it off)
what are the 5 # for an at 1.4v how far with or without xmp
can or should i push it the highest the 5th # goes is 72)
