Help rx 570 instability

So I built a pc a couple months ago and I was looking around for a gpu for a while because the 5600x doesn’t have integrated graphics and I found a rx 570 on ebay for like 250$. When I got it it did not have a normal bios so I had to flash it to the bios is should have had. As far as I can tell that basically proved 100% that it was a mining card, and since then I’ve started having problems with instability on it. I’m not really even sure where to start fixing this or what I should under/over clock to make it better, but since I’m pretty much stuck with this till gpu prices calm down any help would be much appreciated.

(can’t include links apparently so it’s a little changed)

I think it would be a good idea to start with trying to re-flash the bios again.
I assume you already have the latest drivers from amd installed?

Which exact card are we talking about?
