Im currently running my Aorus b450m with a 2600x an have recently OC’ED from 3.8 to 4.10ghz with a dynamic vcore offset at +.245 an dynamic soc at auto is that too much or too little ?

an wither or not it is on my linux pc what the best cpu benchmark test to run to check stability my current one i use is s-tui an is ther a way to set the stress options to get best result ?

.245 can be pretty high. I would check and see what the highest reported voltage is with whatever software you are using to monitor it.
On Linux I would check out y-cruncher & Geekbench.
