Help ! kraken x60 w/ define r4 case

Hello !!
I'm actually building my first computer, in a fractal design defin r4 case, but i'm having issues installing the watercooling system, a kraken x60 kit : the fans are too big (25mm in height), they are the ones from the box, and they won't fit with the radiator without touching my motherboard (asus crosshair V formula-z).

any ideas to fix this ? i can provide pictures if needed

You can ONLY mount a x60 in the front fan bay area after removing the entire fan cage.  They will not mount in the top of the case.
