HELP!!!! I messed up on Windows Server Permissions

I have a windows server. I have a printer that I share off the server. I was changing some settings and I accidentally set the administrator account to just print. That means that none of the groups have the ability to manage the printer. I cant delete it or control it in any way. Please Help.

Change the owner to your local account?

Power the printer off, delete the DHCP lease, turn printer back on, readd new IP?

how do I do that??

login with the local administrator account. You should have access to change what you need them.

If this system is on a domain, the domain administrators should also have access to do that as well.
