Help backing-up data

I have 3 drives

  • 1TB HD
  • 1TB HD
  • 128GB SSD

I Keep my OS and important Applications on the SSD and other files on one of the HD's, so i only really need to back up that drive. I tried using file history but it only backs up files that are in the library folder which is on the SDD and i dont use. I am looking for a free or cheep way to back up everything that is on the Hard drive. It would also be nice to have the features of: excluding files, choosing when it backs up, and can back up multiple hard drives. I am new to Windows and have only used time machine in the past. I dont need a backup that has a file history just a simple mirror would be sufficent. If you need any more information please resond.

You can back up anything on those drives, its just a setting. If you don't understand that, you can google something like "How to use file history", or comment here again.
