Well the Asus has better onboard audio.
And Bios of the Asus is better in my opinnion.

I'm going for it. Going to put the order in now. It's not the first time I bought a part that wasn't compatible with my system :P My PC is L shaped because I had to screw a rad into the back

yeah both boards will basicly be fine, just grab the one that gives you the best feelings.
