So i had an mp4 file that was around 900mb and i heard of this program called handbrake that could make the file smaller, so i used it to compress it into an mkv file and messed around with the setting a little bit. I couldn't believe the results! it was like 40mb afterwards with no noticeable difference whatsoever!
wasn't sure where to put this, just put it there incase people also want to make mp4 files smaller
