Half life 1 and 2 texture packs!

hey guys recently i have been browsing the PCmaster race on reddit and everyone talks about HL3 but inever played one and 2. I wanna play them both but i really wanna find some good texture packs to make it looks sweet!

please help me out and let me know your favorites for both games!

Well, there's the Cinematic Mod for HL2:

As for HL1, if you need more modern graphics, I'd suggest playing Blackmesa instead.  It's a fairly faithful HL1 remake in the source engine.  It's also free.
