I have wanted a G5 for about two years now, but the only problem was I could not run all of my games and windows apps on it. I love the Style of the case and the whole engineering behind the original Power Macs, They are beautiful and very functional. So one day I helped my aunt simplify and fix her computer setup and reset/reorganized her network,tv, software and overall tech related lifestyle. In return she gave me an early Powermac G5 I then decided to take on a massive project vs just giving it an alternative use as a server or something I decided to retrofit it as an ATX compatible Case.
Here are my photos of MK 1.0 and MK 2.0-Arduino is currently in progress I will make a new post when it has been completed.
Here are the stats 4x Seagate barracuda 500gb 7200RPM drives in raid 0 -for games

My biggest issue, that I am working on now is properly mounting all of my drives. I currently have 7 and in the case I can "Horribly" stack 5 at the bottom of the case. This is absolutely not ideal but it will be okay for now.
Smaller issues -Proper mounting for fans -CABLE MANAGEMENT -Paint Chipping -Paint imperfections -Paint my custom emblem on the door and side in neon blue -IO Ports Need to be drilled out in the back -CD drive +bay needs to be painted and mounted. -I still have alot of work to go, Arduino controlled light strips and power on/off and many other things to come. +maybe eventually even liquid cooling and a second Asus r9 290.
Okay Guys here are my new Photos of my recent progress.
