Yes that’s correct. English title is Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne and although I’ve probably made it look like some gore fest there is a quite nice story. Underrated anime.

I don’t think I’m very good at the “search game”, but going off of tags my wild guess would be Vampire to Rosario as it’s the only one that I have heard of before.

Ikuhara Takeya is a high school student living a normal life. He is not interested in the commotion around a UFO filled with beautiful alien females that crashed on earth a year ago. One day, Takeya spots a person shivering behind some bushes. This person, Ren, is one of the DearS, and after being saved by Takeya she chooses him as her master. Takeya, who doesn’t know about the master-slave relationship of DearS, tries to teach Ren the normal lifestyle of the people on earth, though he constantly fears that Ren is an evil alien who’s trying to brainwash him. Ren, however, isn’t like other DearS. She is in fact malfunctioning and is being tracked down by their leader. Meanwhile, Takeya begins to learn more about DearS, and a mythical DearS relationship called “Gift” begins to develop between them.

I’ve got to chime in here and say. Dang man, you found one obscure anime. I just tried finding it earlier using the hints so far, and I came up completely empty handed.
Guess I better do something a bit more constructive for this post, so lets see…
The hints so far are:
- Early 2000’s
- Fantasy, comedy, ecchi, romance tags
- On Funimation
- They aren’t human (maybe aliens)
- Final season’s main villain is a silver/white haired girl with purple markings.
- MC is well… I don’t remember:P
- Allergies are very important to the plot
Also, Funimation’s site is useless for finding an anime without knowing the name.
