How many years will a gigabyte gtx 970 be viable for gaming?

Well i suppose it will be fine for the upcomming 2 years.
But offcourse this depends on the resolution you are aiming to play.
Depends what kind of person you are.
Me, probably about 3-4 years because im a student and i don't need the the best graphics and the highest fps
