Hey guys I have an Nvidia GTX 670 OCed and I get Farcry 3 maxed out at 70 FPS but when I got to play Supermario Sunshine or Windwaker on the Dolphin I get like 23 FPS, yes I took the limiter off, any ideas why?
(Funny thing is I have the exact same 670 that Logan had on that most powerful mini ITX build where he showcased the skyward sword on it saying it ran great with the anit-aliasing enhancements)

emulators are limited by the CPU, you most likely have an amd CPU which they are kinda shit at emulation due to lack of certain instruction sets, poor cache latencies, shared FPUs, and weak memory controllers
I see you have a 6200, yeah that will suck balls at emulation, if you want an emulation rig even a haswell pentium or i3 class will be better, also most emulators with the exception of PCSX2 won't use more than 2 cores

you can get like 100$ worth a haswell mobo and CPU and move everything over when you want to emulate
or you can look on ebay for cheap 1Gen i3s and mobos cheap and they should suffice
