or hunt around for a second hand gpu - should be able to pick up something like a 7770 or gtx560 for that money. Enjoy minecraft, indie games and others.
omg it has a cooler. It actually has a cooler. nice! :) (I remember my 6450 being passivly cooled)
7750 is 80€ here. its probably too expensive, so, say, 6670? (70€ here)
Dunno about nvidia, I dont trust them for budget solutions.
