Gpu and ram

First let me say , I actually didn't know that the teksyndicate forums transferred over to here. So holy crap yay! I thought it was gone forever. My avatar looks dumb now as the background color no longer blends in lol. come to think of it , the animated logo no longer makes sense as a whole anyway.

But anyway after a recent run of passmark benchmarks I realized I may benefit from some overclocking.

I'm pretty happy with the 3d , cpu , and disk performance those don't seem that bad for how incredibly old the machine is. But the memory could use some help I feel (overclocking?). They do seem to be running in triple channel mode. Also , the 2D graphics seem to have some sort of major issue , when the test is running there are parts that are visibly quite slow. The drivers for the gpu are the latest , and the passmark is also the latest.

gpu gtx1060
board x8dth
ram six M378B5273CH0-CH9

Glad too see that you are not dead. && good job on your systems rankings.

Nice man.

actually when I compare my results with the averages , the gtx 1060 seems to be much much slower than the average. 7000 to an 8700 average. and the ram appears to also be slower than average. with my system scoring an 1800 in triple channel mode and others scoring a 2200 in dual channel.

I suppose any help would be appreciated as I'm kinda out of ideas as to the issue.

and thx I'm glad to be back
