NO dont go with an Asrock 970 board if you plan to do any overclocking.
Go to look for an Asus M5A97 evo R2.0
of the Gigabyte GA970A-UD3 <-- by this board its inportant before you buy it, ask the shop to flash the bios to the latest version. or ask if this board support FX8320 out of box
Asrock 970 boards stink for overclocking! Don't do it!
The ASUS that Mistery recommended is nice, I use one and it has been a dream to work with. It has a 6+2 power phase vs. 4+1 on the Asrock.
I have a Gigabyte 990FXA UD3 rev1.2 with a [email protected] so i sugest that board.
