I don't know if you would call this a stutter problem or that this is something that happens with videos.
I can't say its my monitor because I tried 2 other monitors and they do the same thing.
Anytime I'm watching YouTube videos or watching Blu-ray. And the Blu-rays mostly include Anime.
I noticed there seems to be some sort of stuttering and is not completely smooth.
Is this normal?
Is the stuttering only in videos or does it also happen in games? What's your cpu and how much ram do you have (you may have a bottleneck)?
