Gigabyte Mainboard LLC Settings

I just had a look into my Mainboard’s BIOS LLC settings and the following are availabe:

  • Auto
  • Standard
  • Normal
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Turbo
  • Ultra
  • Extreme

Any idea on what to chose or what those values mean? Personally, I would like to optimise forol longevity, so Medium should be fitting (??), but currently it is set to Auto. Also, any idea what Standard and Normal do/are?

Furthermore, Project Hydra and CTR recommend High setting for Gigabyte boards I don’t want to kust copy that settings.

The board I’m talking about is the X570 Aorus Master rev.1.2 if that helps.

Any answer would be appreciated!

Also having a Gigabyte board, put to Auto without really giving it a second thought… up until now.

Have never been digging through my search-engine of choice and found this Reddit from 2 years ago.
and multiple places saying the actual curve this settings resulting to are varying from vendor to vendor.

I have to say, I love it how the MB manual mentions “load line calibration” only once. /sarcasm/
