Gigabyte H273-Z80 Server Hardware running Windows 11 Pro x64, Extremely slow performance (issue resovled)

Hi all,

I am new to the forums and appreciate any guidance / advice.

I currently have a Gigabyte H273-Z80 (rev. AAW1) - High Density, Quad Node Server and looking to install Windows 11 Pro x64 (22H2) Operating System on it. I am aware that Windows 11 is not on the qualified vendor list of OS’s, though the project requires the system to run Windows 11.

When booting from Windows 11 install media, the system seems to become extremely slow. It takes about 30mins to boot the install media.

I have ran through a Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2) install without any issue. I have also ran through Windows Server 2022 install without issue.

Has anyone had any similar issues with this kind of slow performance using the latest 9004 Epyc CPUs?

Brief list of spec:
