Giada q30

I got a couple of Giada q30’s which was going to be discarded from work.
Basically it was cheaper to give them to me then throw them out(logic here is i can throw them at the dump for free, but a company has to pay taxes #logic).
But i figure id give em a chance, and see if i could get some linux running on em, specifically home brewed Yocto release.
Any have any experiences with them, or something like them?
The hardware seems quite capable with nice mpcie modem support and quad core rockchip and what not, wireless etc etc…
problem is the standard OS is android, but i like the challenge, and as we all know, linux has to go anywhere, and everywhere.
