So based off a couple opinions this is what i have gotten. Is there any way to get the same performance cheaper or maybe better performace for the same or cheaper?

Well first off, you're getting a liquid cooler for a locked processor lol
Change that to a i5-3570"k"
You can also shave about 30$ off of the ram and change that heatsink with a Hyper 212 and still get very nice performance for a lot cheaper, and use that extra 100 something dollars to get a better video card like a 7950, and it will perform better.
I would go with the 2500k its a little cheeper and it can be over clocked, other wise it looks good.
And that is why I post haha because I don't really no now exactly what all that mean but thanks ill change it up I'm just trying to get a full setup computer oan monitor keyboard and mouse for 1000-1100
hmm nice looking rig you got there, i would recommend going up to a 3570k it's only 5-10 bucks more expensive, and you can't overclock with the non-k version. And if you're not going to overclock then there is no point to go with the h100. If your not overclocking then go with a cooler master 212 evo and but the extra money into the video card
