Which one should i chose. my computer is going to be used for gaming only.

3570k. If you want to overclock pass 4.5ghz, you would have a better chance the 2500k but you lose pci-e 3.0.
the 2500k is great for JUST gaming if you want faster video editing the 3570k is good but if you want the overall beast get the 3770k
Either of the i5's would do you just fine. You'll be able to overclock the 2500K higher for better overall performance, but the 3570K gives you PCI-E 3.0 support. The only thing is that nothing on the market even comes close to utilizing the full bandwidth of PCI-E 3.0, so you really don't need it right now. It might be nice to have just for the sake of being future proof though.
If you doing strictly Gaming Go for AMD and put more money into the GPU

I'm in the same situation but I've decided to go with the i5 3570k as, its a bit more future proof, just as fast as 2500k and costs 100 euro less than the i7. As much of a fanboy I am towards AMD, I just cannot recommend their cpu's when Intel is so far ahead / superior. The only case you should consider AMD option over any intel cpu is when your on a really tight budget in that case it makes sense in terms of gaming to invest more on your GPU than CPU as you will see greater increase in frame rates through a more powerful GPU with a highly clocked CPU.
Sum it up,
better value in the long run + more future proof - Intel
Not so future proof but great for when on a tight budget - AMD
