I located the problem with the video res. the Aspect Ratio was off big time, Not sure how that happen. But I see the game also sees both monitors as I still have the old one connected to the video card. I set the Aspect Ratio to 16:9 and all is looking well again. I might make a new video to replace the one now if it will allow it.
Edit: I couldn’t find away to replace the old with the new so I deleted the old and made a new with 1920:1080P res.
