For gaming? Certainly not. Not only is it massivly overpriced, you should be spending at least twice as much on your GPU as your CPU.

What exactly will you be using the system for, and what is your total budget?
Just get the 7870 or 7850. Save up for it so that it can be a long term card. I personally think the 650 Ti BOOST is a fail. Save up, in the end it's highly worth the wait.
